Refund policy
At Go Shred, we want you to be completely stoked with your new fins! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:
Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Be in new, unused, and resalable condition. For surfboard fins, "unused" means the fins have not been waxed, attached to a surfboard, have no signs of water contact, and are free from any installation marks, scratches, or damage.
- Be in their original packaging (including fin sleeves, cases, or boxes) with all original tags attached.
- Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (your Go Shred order number or email confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Please visit your account to initiate and start the return process. You can also contact our Customer Service team at info@goshredco.com with any questions.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your return package.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s) to Go Shred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Go Shred is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Exception: If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective item or the wrong item), Go Shred will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact Customer Service to arrange this.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping charges paid on your order are non-refundable.
Exchanges: The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a full refund (as per the conditions above) and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the new item is in stock and ships out to you quickly.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you believe you have received a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement or a full refund and covering all associated shipping costs.
