Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by GoShred.com. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping Promotion
Enjoy FREE USPS Priority shipping on all domestic orders over $150!
This offer is automatically applied at checkout to eligible orders. The free shipping promotion applies only to the USPS Priority shipping option. If you require faster service, you may select USPS Priority Express at the calculated rate.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of getting your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@goshred.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes using USPS services.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@goshred.com.
Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue (with photos if the item is damaged). We will work directly with you and USPS to resolve the problem. While we are not liable for damages or losses caused by the carrier, we want to help. Resolutions for such issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and may include a replacement or refund. Please retain all packaging materials for the claims process.
